Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping is a flat $2.00 CAD per order. Your shipping address is collected securely at checkout, and a receipt is emailed to you once payment is complete.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact shorty@shortythegiraffe.ca as soon as reasonably possible with your order information so we can review and resolve the issue.

For other return or refund requests, please contact shorty@shortythegiraffe.ca. Requests will be considered based on the circumstances.
